- •1 refrigerated pie crust, at room temperature
- •2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- •3 tablespoons sugar
- •½ teaspoon cinnamon
- •1 cup powdered sugar
- •½ teaspoon vanilla
- •1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Roll out pie crusts into a rectangle shape.
- Brush the rolled out pie crust with melted butter.
- In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on top of butter.
- Carefully roll the pie crust up with your fingers.
- Slice the log into small discs and arrange on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- In a liquid measuring cup, mix together powder sugar, vanilla, and milk. 9. Add more milk for a thinner consistency.
