- •2 slices bread
- •2 tablespoons peanut butter, or more to taste
- •1 tablespoon any flavor fruit jam
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each bread slice. Smear peanut butter on on unbuttered side, and jam on the other. Press the peanut butter and jelly sides together.
- Remove the crusts with a large cookie cutter or knife. Use a fork to seal the sides all the way around.
- Air-fry the sandwich in the preheated air fryer until golden brown, about 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
