  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • ½ cup kale, or greens of your choice
  • ½ cup water, milk or dairy-free milk of your choice

Instructions

  • Halve your kiwi and use a spoon to scoop out the pulp. Optional: Freeze kiwi pulp and 2. peeled banana for a creamier and thicker smoothie.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl with your favorite toppings and serve!
