  • 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise, or more to taste
  • 1 drizzle extra-virgin olive oil, or more to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Blend cilantro, jalapenos, lime juice, garlic, mayonnaise, olive oil, salt, and pepper together in a food processor or blender. Blend in more mayonnaise or oil to adjust thickness if desired.
