  • 1 small sugar pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon butter
  • 2 pinches ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cut top off mini pumpkin and reserve; scrape out the seeds.
  • Place butter and brown sugar inside pumpkin and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Place pumpkin lid back on and place pumpkin in a baking pan with a little water in the bottom.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until tender, about 30 minutes.
