- •1 teaspoon brown sugar
- •0.5 teaspoon butter
- •2 pinches ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cut top off mini pumpkin and reserve; scrape out the seeds.
- Place butter and brown sugar inside pumpkin and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Place pumpkin lid back on and place pumpkin in a baking pan with a little water in the bottom.
- Bake in the preheated oven until tender, about 30 minutes.
