- •3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
- •0.66666668653488 cup mayonnaise
- •0.33333334326744 cup chopped dill pickles, or more to taste
- •1 tablespoon mustard
- •1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- •1 teaspoon white sugar
- •0.5 teaspoon salt
- •0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
- •0.125 teaspoon celery salt
- •1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; add rotini and boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes.
- While the pasta cooks, mix mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, celery salt, and garlic powder together in a bowl.
- Drain noodles, then rinse under cold water until cold. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in dressing until noodles are fully coated. Add additional pickle chunks to taste. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
