Stir Fry Chicken Adobo With Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon black ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ lb green beans, cut into half
  • chili flake, optional

Instructions

  • In a pan or wok, add oil. In this, on medium high heat, sauté the garlic.
  • Then, add the chicken and black pepper.
  • Increase to high heat to sear the chicken then add soy sauce and continue to stir
  • Add vinegar and do not mix. Once boiling, turn down to medium heat and cover and continue cooking the chicken for 4 minutes.
  • Continue to stir, then add sugar.
  • Add green beans and keep stirring until the green beans are partially cooked. Turn off the heat.
  • Serve warm over white rice.
