- •4 tablespoons milk
- •4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- •½ cup regular cocoa powder
- •2 cups flour
- •½ cup Belgian dark cocoa powder
- •2 eggs
- •½ teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda in a small mixing bowl.
- Whisk the eggs, milk and oil in a separate small bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and combine. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 150 °C.
- Serve.
