- •2 polish sausages (kielbasa)s
- •2 white onions
- •2 cloves garlic, chopped
- •2 small zucchinis, diced
- •1 red bell pepper, cubed
- •2 tablespoons garlic powder
- •1 teaspoon black pepper
- •1 teaspoon salt
- •3 tablespoons sweet paprika
- •1 teaspoon chili
Instructions
- In a big pot, fry sausage. Add onion, pepper, and zucchini and fry until vegetables are soft.
- Add tomatoes, corn, and spices and cook for 20-30 minutes on low heat.
- Serve warm with toasted sourdough bread.
