Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package medium pasta shells
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup diced Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 pound deli ham, diced
  • 0.25 cup chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Stir in the shell pasta and cook until tender but firm to the bite, 10 to 11 minutes; drain.
  • Combine peas, Cheddar, ham, onion, mayonnaise, oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add cooked pasta and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
