- •1 cup diced Cheddar cheese
- •0.25 pound deli ham, diced
- •0.25 cup chopped onion
- •3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- •2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- •1 tablespoon lemon juice
- •0.5 teaspoon salt
- •0.25 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Stir in the shell pasta and cook until tender but firm to the bite, 10 to 11 minutes; drain.
- Combine peas, Cheddar, ham, onion, mayonnaise, oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add cooked pasta and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
