  • cooking spray
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.66666668653488 cup Original Bisquick® mix
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt or garlic salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch strips
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray the foil with cooking spray.
  • Beat egg in a shallow bowl. Mix Bisquick, cheese, salt, and paprika in 1-gallon resealable plastic bag.
  • Dip 1/2 of the chicken strips into beaten egg. Lift up so excess egg drips back into the bowl; place chicken into the bag. Seal the bag and shake to coat. Transfer breaded chicken to the prepared baking sheet, and repeat with remaining chicken. Drizzle butter over chicken.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 12 to 14 minutes, flipping halfway through. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
