  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup sweet potato puree
  • peanut butter, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix the dry ingredients then the wet ingredients separately.
  • Then mix them together.
  • Pour into a loaf pan
  • Bake in the oven on 350°F (180°C) for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Optional : serve it with peanut butter.
