- •1 ½ cups flour
- •½ cup whole wheat flour
- •2 teaspoons baking powder
- •½ teaspoon baking soda
- •1 teaspoon cinnamon
- •⅛ teaspoon salt
- •¼ teaspoon ginger
- •2 eggs
- •½ teaspoon vanilla
- •½ cup milk
- •¼ cup oil
- •⅔ cup sugar
- •2 tablespoons honey
- •1 cup sweet potato puree
- •peanut butter, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients then the wet ingredients separately.
- Then mix them together.
- Pour into a loaf pan
- Bake in the oven on 350°F (180°C) for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
- Optional : serve it with peanut butter.
