  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound beef liver, thinly sliced
  • 0.33333331346512 cup water
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  • In a resealable plastic bag, mix flour, salt, and pepper. Place liver slices into the bag one at a time, seal, and toss to coat.
  • In a bowl, mix water, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown liver slices on both sides. Pour sauce mixture over the liver. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, 20 minutes, until liver is tender.
