- •3 cups white sugar
- •3 teaspoons bakers' ammonia
- •1 cup finely chopped almonds
- •3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Stir in the powdered ammonia and chopped almonds. Knead in the flour. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and freeze for 1 hour.
- preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Take cookies out of the freezer and bake for 30 minutes.
