- •1 cup white sugar, or to taste
- •0.25 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, or to taste
- •1 tablespoon orange juice, or as needed
- •8 sprigs fresh mint, or as needed
Instructions
- Place frozen peaches, separating any that have stuck together, into a food processor with sugar and lemon juice. Blend to the consistency of applesauce, adding orange juice as needed. Taste and adjust flavor with sugar and lemon juice. Serve immediately, garnished with mint sprigs.
