  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 4 (14.5 ounce) cans kidney beans
  • 4 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) bottle beer
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle tomato-based chili sauce
  • 1 large white onion, chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Place ground beef in a large pot and cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Drain off excess fat.
  • Mix in kidney beans, diced tomatoes, beer, chili sauce, onion, garlic, chili seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, onion, cayenne pepper, oregano, sugar, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
