Ingredients
4 servings
- •¼ cup finely grated parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
- •¼ cup panko bread crumbs
- •1 ½ teaspoons all-purpose flour
- •½ teaspoon garlic powder
- •¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- •1 pinch cayenne pepper
- •8 oz Birds Eye Whole Green Beans, cooked according to package instructions and drained
- •1 tablespoon olive oil
- •flaky sea salt, to taste
- •nonstick cooking spray, for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, stir together the Parmesan cheese, panko bread crumbs, flour, garlic powder, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper until combined.
- In a separate large bowl, toss the Birds Eye Whole Green Beans with the olive oil until well-coated.
- Add the green beans to the bread crumb mixture and toss to coat. They won’t be completely coated, but should have a good amount of the crumbs clinging to them.
- Spread the coated green beans evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Spray the green beans with the nonstick and sprinkle with flaky salt.
- Bake the green beans for 15 minutes before tossing gently and baking for another 5 minutes, or until the coating is crispy and the green beans are slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with more Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
