Instructions
- Line a 9x13-inch pan with waxed paper.
- Heat chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth. Stir in condensed milk.
- Mix peanuts and mini marshmallows together in a separate bowl; gradually stir into chocolate mixture until incorporated. Pour into the prepared pan.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. Cut into 24 squares.
