- •Any boxed cake mix
- •8 oz whipped cream
- •1 egg
- •powdered sugar, for garnish
Instructions
- Grease a cookie sheet or line oven rack with foil. Heat oven to 350°F.
- Remove whipped cream from the fridge to soften. Using a fork, mix together
- the whipped cream and egg, then add cake mix. The mix should be very thick. Don’t over-mix it so it stays fluffy.
- Use a spoon to scoop the mix into dollar coin-sized balls. Drop the balls into the powdered sugar to fully coat.
- Place the cookies on the baking sheet and cook for 17-20 minutes. They will look gooey at first, but let them cool for 10-15 minutes to settle.
