Quick 25-Minute Scalloped Potatoes

  • 1 bag frozen hash brown
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup onion, sautéed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pinch garlic
  • salt and pepper mix, to taste
  • cheddar cheese, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Mix together all the ingredients and place in an oven-safe baking or casserole dish.
  • Bake for 25 minutes then remove from oven.
  • Sprinkle the potatoes with cheddar cheese and place back in the oven for five minutes, until melted.
  • Serve and enjoy!
