- •1 bag frozen hash brown
- •1 can cream of mushroom soup
- •1 cup onion, sautéed
- •1 cup milk
- •1 pinch garlic
- •salt and pepper mix, to taste
- •cheddar cheese, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix together all the ingredients and place in an oven-safe baking or casserole dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes then remove from oven.
- Sprinkle the potatoes with cheddar cheese and place back in the oven for five minutes, until melted.
- Serve and enjoy!
