Ingredients
30 servings
- •2 eggs
- •1 tea glass granualted sugar
- •1 tea glass vegetable oil
- •4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- •2 cups flour
- •1 package vanilla
- •1 package baking powder
- •1 cup powdered sugar, (to cover the cookies)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar. When the sugars melt and the color of the mixture turns off-white, add oil and mix it a little more.
- Sift cocoa, vanilla, baking powder and flour and add to the mixture. Mix with a spatula until the ingredients are combined. The consistency of the dough will be runny compared to cookie dough and will look more like brownie dough.
- Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Take out the rested cookie dough. Break off walnut-sized balls from the dough and shape them into tiny balls.
- Cover your cookies with powdered sugar. Place the cracked cookies covered with powdered sugar in the tray on which you laid greaseproof paper.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F degree oven for about 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
