- •½ cup nut butter of choice,
- •½ cup chocolate chips
- •⅓ cup honey
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, cinnamon, vanilla, nut butter, honey, and chocolate chips until well-incorporated. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Roll the oat mixture into ping pong ball-sized balls.
- The bites will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
