  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup nut butter of choice,
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup honey

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, cinnamon, vanilla, nut butter, honey, and chocolate chips until well-incorporated. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
  • Roll the oat mixture into ping pong ball-sized balls.
  • The bites will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Enjoy!
