- •1 pound cooked crabmeat
- •1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- •2 teaspoons garlic salt
- •2 (16 ounce) packages small won ton wrappers
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large, heavy saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together crabmeat, cream cheese, and garlic salt.
- Roll a small amount of the crabmeat mixture inside each wonton wrapper and seal.
- In small batches, carefully place wontons into hot oil. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
