  • 2 ½ frozen bananas
  • 2 pitted dates, or more to taste
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 ½ cups ice cubes
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 ½ scoops peanut butter-flavored protein powder

Instructions

  • Combine bananas, dates, water, ice, oats, and protein powder in an electric blender. Blend until mixed. Serve.
