- •2 cups oats
- •4 cups milk
- •2 apples, chopped
- •2 bananas, mashed
- •2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- •1 tablespoon cinnamon
- •3 egg whites
- •raisin, optional
Instructions
- Add oats and milk of choice to a pot. Do not start to cook.
- Add the bananas, apples, vanilla and cinnamon to the pot and cook on medium low heat.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks from 3 eggs.
- Once the oatmeal starts to form, add in the egg whites, stirring constantly to prevent scrabbling.
- Cook until firm and oatmeal is thoroughly cooked through.
- Serve with fruit.
