- •4 thick cut boneless pork chops

- •10 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- •1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, with juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cut onion into thick slices and arrange them on the bottom of a casserole dish. Lay pork chops over onions. Season chops with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover chops with mushrooms and pour stewed tomatoes over all.
- Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Remove the cover and bake for 30 more minutes.
