  • 0.25 cup unsweetened vanilla-flavored almond milk
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cold brew coffee
  • 0.5 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (any fat percentage)
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 1 medium peeled and roughly chopped frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish
  • 1 pinch kosher salt, or to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Place almond milk, cold brew, yogurt, oats, banana, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and garnish with ground cinnamon, if desired.
