- •1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate
- •1 ½ cups sweetened-dried cranberries
- •¼ cup orange juice
- •⅔ cup white sugar
- •1 tablespoon orange zest
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a 3 quart sauce pan and cook over medium heat until cranberries pop. Serve warm or cold. As it the relish sits it thickens up.
