  • ½ cup oats
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla protein powder, or more oats
  • ¼ cup banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon curd

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180’C.
  • Mix all the ingredients except for the lemon curd together. Then, pour ½ the mixture into an oven-safe ramekin, add the lemon curd to the center, then top with the remaining batter.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Serve.
