- •¼ cup banana
- •1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- •1 teaspoon lemon juice
- •⅓ cup milk
- •1 teaspoon lemon curd
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180’C.
- Mix all the ingredients except for the lemon curd together. Then, pour ½ the mixture into an oven-safe ramekin, add the lemon curd to the center, then top with the remaining batter.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve.
