  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 tablespoons whey protein maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • ½ banana
  • 11 strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Combine oats and water in a heatproof bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Then, stir and microwave for another minute.
  • Add protein and stir well
  • Add seeds, banana and strawberries.
  • Serve.
