- •1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- •6 (6 ounce) fillets catfish
- •0.25 cup margarine
Instructions
- Whisk eggs in a shallow bowl. Combine flour, cornmeal, and lemon-pepper seasoning in another shallow bowl.
- Working one at a time, dip fillets in egg, then dredge in flour until well coated.
- In a large frying pan, melt margarine over medium-high heat. Pan-fry breaded catfish in batches until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Drain briefly on paper towels and serve.
