- •2 (10.75 ounce) cans low-fat, low-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup
- •1 large onion, chopped
- •3 pounds chuck roast
- •2 cups sliced carrots
- •1 pound small red potatoes
- •0.5 pound string beans
- •0.25 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Mix cream of mushroom soup, chopped onion, and chuck roast in a slow cooker.
- Cook on Low for 8 to 9 hours or High for 3 to 4 hours. Add carrots, potatoes, string beans, and parsley 1 1/2 hours before pot roast is done.
