- •¾ cup nut butter
- •¼ cup greek yogurt, 2%
- •2 eggs
- •⅓ cup organic cacao powder, plus 2 tablespoon
- •½ cup coconut sugar
- •2 tablespoons maple syrup
- •½ teaspoon baking soda
- •¼ cup chocolate chips, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
- In a large bowl, whisk the nut butter, yogurt, eggs, cacao powder, sugar, maple syrup and baking soda. The dough should be very thick.
- Spoon into a greased baking tray and cook for 20-22 minutes (I like mine a little uncooked so they are a bit gooey).
- Slice and serve.
