Healthy Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup nut butter
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt, 2%
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup organic cacao powder, plus 2 tablespoon
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the nut butter, yogurt, eggs, cacao powder, sugar, maple syrup and baking soda. The dough should be very thick.
  • Spoon into a greased baking tray and cook for 20-22 minutes (I like mine a little uncooked so they are a bit gooey).
  • Slice and serve.
