- •1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- •3.5 cups puffed millet cereal
- •0.5 cup chopped dried mixed fruit
Instructions
- Grease an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
- Combine peanut butter, honey, and salt in a large saucepan; mix to combine and bring to a boil. Stir in vanilla.
- Remove from the heat and stir in millet and dried fruit. Press mixture into the prepared pan. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
- Cut into 16 squares.
