  • cooking spray
  • 0.5 cup natural peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3.5 cups puffed millet cereal
  • 0.5 cup chopped dried mixed fruit

Instructions

  • Grease an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine peanut butter, honey, and salt in a large saucepan; mix to combine and bring to a boil. Stir in vanilla.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in millet and dried fruit. Press mixture into the prepared pan. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
  • Cut into 16 squares.
