Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 ½ cups fresh vegetables, cut
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 packet Sun-Bird Beef & Broccoli Seasoning Mix
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 oz lo mein noodles, cooked and drained

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the veggies and cook for 3–4 minutes, or until crisp and tender.
  • Stir in the beef broth, soy sauce, vinegar, Sun-Bird Beef & Broccoli Seasoning, and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened.
  • Stir in the lo mein noodles, then serve. Enjoy!
