- •2 tablespoons sesame oil
- •3 ½ cups fresh vegetables, cut
- •1 cup beef broth
- •3 tablespoons soy sauce
- •2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- •1 packet Sun-Bird Beef & Broccoli Seasoning Mix
- •¼ teaspoon black pepper
- •8 oz lo mein noodles, cooked and drained
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the veggies and cook for 3–4 minutes, or until crisp and tender.
- Stir in the beef broth, soy sauce, vinegar, Sun-Bird Beef & Broccoli Seasoning, and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened.
- Stir in the lo mein noodles, then serve. Enjoy!
