- •16 slices bacon
- •8 slices toasted white bread
- •1 (20 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained
- •8 slices Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and set aside.
- Place 8 slices of toast on a baking sheet. Place a slice of pineapple, two slices of bacon and a slice of cheese on each. Broil until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
