- •¼ cup chopped cilantro
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tablespoon lime juice
- •1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced - or to taste
- •salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix loquats, strawberries, red onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, jalapeno pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Refrigerate salsa several hours before serving.
