  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup diced red onion
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 0.25 cup fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries, orange juice, onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, lime juice, cumin, and salt.
  • Stir together and chill 2 hours before serving.
