  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons curry powder
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine chicken with celery and almonds in a bowl.
  • Mix Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, curry powder, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour dressing over the chicken salad and stir to combine.
