Ingredients

- •3 lb spinach, puréed
- •4 lb chicken breast, cubed
- •4 cloves garlic, minced
- •2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- •2 teaspoons Achari chicken masala
- •4 cloves
- •4 elaichi seeds
- •1 white onion, chopped
- •2 teaspoons heavy whipping cream
- •¼ teaspoon chili powder
- •3 teaspoons salt
- •2 teaspoons sugar
- •1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Add cloves, garlic, ginger and onion, to oil until fragrant.
- Add chicken and chili powder and cook thoroughly.
- Add spinach purée and stir. Then, add elaichi seeds, masala, salt, and sugar. Cook on medium low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and stir.
- Serve hot.
