Spinach Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 3 lb spinach, puréed
  • 4 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Achari chicken masala
  • 4 cloves
  • 4 elaichi seeds
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Add cloves, garlic, ginger and onion, to oil until fragrant.
  • Add chicken and chili powder and cook thoroughly.
  • Add spinach purée and stir. Then, add elaichi seeds, masala, salt, and sugar. Cook on medium low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  • Add heavy cream and stir.
  • Serve hot.
