Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine rice, mushrooms, celery, bell pepper, onion soup mix, beef broth, water, oil, and soy sauce.
- Bake, covered, in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed and rice is cooked.
