Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9-inch square baking pans.
- In a large bowl, stir together flours, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, stir together eggs, honey, molasses, applesauce, and oil; pour into flour mixture and stir until well blended. Mix in raisins and sunflower seeds. Divide batter evenly between the prepared pans.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the tops spring back when lightly pressed, about 45 minutes. Cool in the pans for at least 10 minutes.
- Cut each pan into 18 squares or bars. Wrap pieces individually and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
