Ingredients

- •0.5 cup butter
- •1 onion, diced
- •1 cup vodka
- •2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
- •1 pint heavy cream
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and saute until slightly brown and soft, 5 to 7 minutes. Pour in vodka and let cook for 10 minutes.
- Mix in crushed tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and cook for another 30 minutes.
- Serve over pasta.
