- •1 (15.5 ounce) can white hominy, drained
- •0.5 cup chopped white onion
- •0.5 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- •0.25 cup chopped green onion
- •1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers
- •1 pinch ground cumin, or to taste
- •1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
- •salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine picante sauce, black-eyed peas, hominy, white onion, cilantro, green onion, chile peppers, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined. Cover and chill for 24 hours.
