- •4 red chilis
- •1 fresh ginger, 1 inch (2.5 cm)
- •1 clove garlic
- •½ cup roasted peanut
- •¼ cup desiccated coconut
- •1 teaspoon aamchur powder, or a small bit of tamarind
- •salt, to taste
- •water, as needed
Instructions
- Dry roast red chiles, ginger, and garlic. Let cool.
- Now, blend all the ingredients together. Adding water to your desired consistency. Temper if you wish.
