  • 4 red chilis
  • 1 fresh ginger, 1 inch (2.5 cm)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ cup roasted peanut
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon aamchur powder, or a small bit of tamarind
  • salt, to taste
  • water, as needed

Instructions

  • Dry roast red chiles, ginger, and garlic. Let cool.
  • Now, blend all the ingredients together. Adding water to your desired consistency. Temper if you wish.
  • Enjoy!
