- •1 cup BBQ sauce
- •1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the chicken crosswise into pieces.
- Dip the chicken strips in the BBQ sauce, then coat in the bread crumbs. Reserve the remaining BBQ sauce.
- Place the chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush the chicken on both sides with the reserved BBQ sauce, then bake for 10 minutes more, until cooked through.
- Serve warm.
