  • 0.5 small red chile pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Place garlic, chile pepper, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a mortar; grind into a paste using a pestle. Pour in olive oil and mix well.
