- •3 lb boneless pork roast
- •1 cup apple juice, or water
- •1 packet Sun-Bird Stir Fry Seasoning Mix
- •⅓ cup soy sauce
- •⅓ cup sesame oil, or canola oil
- •2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- •3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- •6 rolls kaiser rolls, split and toasted
- •1 ½ cups coleslaw mix
Instructions
- Place the pork roast in a slow cooker.
- Combine the apple juice (or water), Sun-Bird Stir Fry Seasoning Mix, soy sauce, sesame oil (or canola oil), garlic, and hoisin sauce in a medium bowl. Stir well, then pour over the roast.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low setting for 8–10 hours.
- Remove the meat from the slow cooker and shred using 2 forks, reserving the liquid.
- Spoon the pork onto kaiser rolls, then top with coleslaw.
- Serve with the reserved juices on the side as a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
