  • 3 lb boneless pork roast
  • 1 cup apple juice, or water
  • 1 packet Sun-Bird Stir Fry Seasoning Mix
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup sesame oil, or canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 6 rolls kaiser rolls, split and toasted
  • 1 ½ cups coleslaw mix

Instructions

  • Place the pork roast in a slow cooker.
  • Combine the apple juice (or water), Sun-Bird Stir Fry Seasoning Mix, soy sauce, sesame oil (or canola oil), garlic, and hoisin sauce in a medium bowl. Stir well, then pour over the roast.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low setting for 8–10 hours.
  • Remove the meat from the slow cooker and shred using 2 forks, reserving the liquid.
  • Spoon the pork onto kaiser rolls, then top with coleslaw.
  • Serve with the reserved juices on the side as a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
