- •0.5 cup Worcestershire sauce
- •0.5 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Place beef roast in a slow cooker with onion, carrots, and celery. Season with garlic powder and pepper, then pour Worcestershire sauce and barbecue sauce over top. Cover and cook on Low until the meat is tender, 6 to 8 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) for medium.
