- •14 oz paneer, crumbled
- •1 large onion, chopped
- •3 thai green chilis, chopped
- •1 red bell pepper, chopped
- •1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- •2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped
- •2 tablespoons oil
- •salt
Instructions
- On medium heat, saute chopped onions, green chilies, and salt in oil. Add ginger garlic paste and fry well for a minute.
- Add chopped bell pepper and cook until soft.
- To this, add the crumbled paneer and cook until paneer is soft.
- Add chopped coriander, season with salt, and serve alongside roti, paratha, or naan.
